LAPFCU has added some updates to PATROL Online Banking. Now, you can view your savings and loan accounts and balances, pay bills, transfer funds and view your spending patterns – all from the convenience of your online banking home page. Plus, we have added powerful new transfer features.

 

We are pleased to introduce Purchase Rewards, a free member program which rewards you for using your QuickDraw Plus debit card. The way it works is simple. Say you frequent a national chain discount store. You may be presented with an offer to receive cash back or a discount the next time you use your debit card to make a purchase at that store. To accept offers, all you have to do is log into PATROL, look for  the Purchase Rewards widget and click on “All Offers & Options.” You will be guided on how to accept and redeem your reward offerings. It will typically take a month for any credit to show up on your balances.

 

There is no cost to members to participate in this free program and to answer any questions, you may have we are including answers to commonly asked questions.

 

Members have always been able to transfer funds between LAPFCU accounts, but now you have the ability to transfer funds between your other financial institutions and LAPFCU. Additionally, you can “pay other people” using our new Popmoney feature. For more details, click on the “Transfer” button behind the PATROL log-in.
