How to sign up for PATROL


To use PATROL (Personal Access to Transactions Online) you will need:

  • A personal computer
  • Access to the internet
  • AOL 5.0 and above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, Netscape Navigator 6.0, Firefox 3.0 and above browsers (Free software downloads available at www.netscape.com or www.microsoft.com or www.mozilla.com)

To Log On:

  • You will need to obtain a password* to your account. Please call our Communications Center at 877-MY-LAPFCU (877-695-2732) to set one up. If you have been using Code 3 to access your account over the phone, the same password will work for PATROL.
  • Simply follow the instructions for first time users on PATROL to gain access. Once you have signed on, you'll have access to all of your accounts at LAPFCU.
  • Recent guidelines for PATROL passwords require a six to ten digit numerical password. However, existing/older passwords using less characters will still work for use in PATROL but will not work when attempting to connect with the Quicken interface.
