LAPFCU has home equity loan rates and terms to suit your individual needs. Fixed rate loans are available for properties located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah. All of our fixed Home Equity Loans feature the opportunity to:

• Borrow up to 80% of the appraised value, less encumbrances of your owner-occupied home, with terms* up to 20 years.
• Borrow up to 70% of the appraised value, less encumbrances, on non-owner occupied properties, up to a term* of 15 years.

Additional important information includes the following:

• Low fees
• Longer term = lower payments
• In many cases, the interest paid on an equity loan may be tax deductible (consult a tax advisor for information on your particular situation)
• Third trust deeds available if LAPFCU is in the senior loan position
• The minimum loan amount is $5,000 and the maximum loan amount is $625,000 or up to 80% of the appraised value of the property
