Pay yourself first! Each payday, any amount you designate will be directed to your LAPFCU account automatically. You can designate which LAPFCU accounts specific sums of money will be credited to, including your Share, Checking, Money Market, Merry Money, or IRA Share.

Here are good reasons to sign up for LAPFCU's payroll deduction:

• Payroll deduction is available to all LAPD or City of Los Angeles employees
• Having payroll deduction enables you to transfer funds easily to and from accounts
• Save an additional 1/4% by doing one of the following for vehicle and other loans:
  • Make payments with payroll deduction
  • Schedule automatic transfers from your checking or savings account
  • Open a direct deposit account to transfer payments
• Use this in conjunction with Direct Deposit to distribute your entire check

Direct Deposit is the fastest, safest, and easiest way to deposit your paycheck. Avoid the delay of standing in line, waiting for the mail, or going to an ATM. Go on vacation or out of town without worrying...you can be sure that your paycheck will be safely credited to your account without delay. Getting started is easy...just complete and sign the appropriate form and mail it to us. We'll also help you with that. Listed below are links to necessary forms that can be viewed and printed. If your employer offers Automated Clearing House (ACH) and you want to take advantage of direct deposit, contact your payroll department to inquire.
