Code 3 Response - Automated Voice Response System

Your LAPFCU account is available 24 hours a day, every day using any touch-tone phone. Use Code 3 by calling 877-MY-LAPFCU (877-695-2732) option 2. Use the automated system to conduct your transactions.

Code 3 gives you the option to do the following:

  • Obtain Share, Checking, Loan and Certificate rates
  • Verify any account or loan balance
  • Verify last deposit and check clearance status
  • Verify prior year and year-to-date dividends and loan interest paid
  • Verify loan payments, payoff amounts, and tax information
  • Make loan payments by direct transfer from your account
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Request withdrawal by Credit Union check payable to primary member and sent to the account's address of record
  • Place stop payments
  • Reorder checks
  • Request a copy of a statement or a canceled check
  • Report LAPFCU Visa® lost/stolen (transfers to a 24-hour hotline)
